Security deposit will return after 7 days from the date of vehicle returned. After cancellation of pre-auth it takes 21 working days to reflect in the customer bank account.
We do free delivery if the rental period more than 7 days, in case rental period is below 7 days additional BHD 5/- delivery charges will apply.
Yes. Insurance Coverage available depending on age & experience on the driving license. You should not worry about this because it’s a fix comprehensive insurance excess amount on the different categories. (Full Insurance will be available upon on request). Insurance Terms & Conditions will be applied.
Once you contact us and provide the required information Next Plan Car Rental will review your application and will notify you on the decision immediately. Subsequently as the application process is successfully completed, we will deliver the rental car to you immediately. Upon the delivery of accident or breakdown place. We will ask you to sign the rental agreement defining the terms and conditions of our cooperation.
All our vehicles are maintained on a regular bases and certified by licensed agents. Your security is our top priority. We make sure that your mind is free of worries when you drive our cars.
Any member of your family/friend can drive the car, just like they were driving your car before, In this case you just have to notify us & submit their diving license accordingly to add additional driver in our system.
There is no limit on hire terms; you can use our car for as long as necessary, but each rental can be renewed after each 30 days.
The minimum age must be 21 years & above to rent vehicle with additional deposit, please refer to Insurance policy, If driver age 25 years or above & driving license 2 years old, deposit terms will be normal. (Terms & Conditions apply)

No, it is not allowed to transfer the Agreement from Daily to weekly or monthly, when the hirer wishes to extend, the first agreement should be end, the hirer at the time of hiring vehicle shall inform to Next Plan Car Rental how long they required vehicle.
The hirer must submit the car back on the specified time in the contract. Or additional 2 hours is the grace period, after grace period extra full day rental charges will apply.
It take Maximum 15 minutes to complete system formality & check out vehicle formality.
System will calculate number of the days used of the hired vehicle which is less than a week, in case any monthly contract returning early, will be charged on daily tariff rates.
The hirer will be responsible to settle traffic offence or any tickets in the duration of renting period and he/she have to pay at the same time online or we can settle with additional service charges of BHD 5/-
No. all our vehicles are smoke free if we found any type of smoke smell BHD 20/- penalty will apply.

The hirer required to be not less than 21 years old and driving licence more than two years experience.
I confirmed that the driving license is valid to drive in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
I have read & accept the terms & conditions. I confirmed my age is 25 years & above also I am holding 2 years & above driving experience on my driver’s license.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional
All the Next Plan Car Rental vehicles are comprehensive insured including on each rental. Minimum an amount between 150.00 BHD and 450.00 BHD depending on car group & age of hirer rented in the event of an accident to the Next Plan Car Rental vehicle.
Note: The renter must obtain an accident report from the Bahrain Traffic Authority for every accident or incident. If you need any more information just ask at the Next Plan Car Rental desk or executive while collecting your vehicle.
Next Plan Car Rental accepts American Express, Master card & Visa card. At the time of rental the customer must leave a prepayment equal to the total charges of the rental, plus a security deposit of up to BHD 100.00 depending on car group rented.
Debit cards are not accepted for security deposit, debit cards only accepted to charge rental charges or any additional charges.
Valid driver's license from country of residence is required. Which is valid to drive in Kingdom of Bahrain. International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet. International driving permit is a translation only. (Subject to the approval from Bahrain Traffic Department)
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver’s license in the driver’s name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver’s license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid driver’s license. Driving license should be 2 years old.
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
At all our locations the minimum age is 25 for all groups of vehicles & the insurance excess will be BD 150/- Below 25 years & above 21 years the insurance excess will be BD 450/-
Approximate total includes base rate. Items such as child safety seats, Navigation (GPS), Fuel and VAT 5% are NOT included in the estimated total. Estimated total is subject to change based upon extending the rental period during the stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Hirer is allowed up to maximum of 150km per day & 3500km per month, exceeding of each km will be charged of BHD 0.050 fils for small vehicles & BHD 0.100 fils for rest of the vehicle types. All the other terms & condition according to law of Kingdom of Bahrain
