The hirer required to be not less than 21 years old and driving licence more than two years experience.

Insurance Coverage’s

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional

All the Next Plan Car Rental vehicles are comprehensive insured including on each rental. Minimum an amount between 150.00 BHD and 450.00 BHD depending on car group & age of hirer rented in the event of an accident to the Next Plan Car Rental vehicle.

Note:  The renter must obtain an accident report from the Bahrain Traffic Authority for every accident or incident.  If you need any more information just ask at the Next Plan Car Rental desk or executive while collecting your vehicle.

Credit Card Policies

Next Plan Car Rental accepts American Express, Master card & Visa card. At the time of rental the customer must leave a prepayment equal to the total charges of the rental, plus a security deposit of up to BHD 100.00 depending on car group rented.

Debit Card Policies

Debit cards are not accepted for security deposit, debit cards only accepted to charge rental charges or any additional charges.

Driver's License Requirements

Valid driver's license from country of residence is required. Which is valid to drive in Kingdom of Bahrain. International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet.  International driving permit is a translation only. (Subject to the approval from Bahrain Traffic Department)

Driver’s License

At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver’s license in the driver’s name from their country of residence.  Customers presenting a driver’s license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid driver’s license. Driving license should be 2 years old.

Public Liability and Property Damage

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country.  Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.  The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental.  Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

Age Requirements

At all our locations the minimum age is 25 for all groups of vehicles & the insurance excess will be BD 150/- Below 25 years & above 21 years the insurance excess will be BD 450/-

Estimated Totals

Approximate total includes base rate. Items such as child safety seats, Navigation (GPS), Fuel and VAT 5% are NOT included in the estimated total. Estimated total is subject to change based upon extending the rental period during the stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Kilometer Allowance:

The Hirer is allowed up to maximum of 150km per day & 3500km per month, exceeding of each km will be charged of BHD 0.050 fils for small vehicles & BHD 0.100 fils for rest of the vehicle types. All the other terms & condition according to law of Kingdom of Bahrain
